Assistant Commercial Lines Account Manager

Ebony joined HCDT in 2024 as an Assistant Commercial Lines Account Manager. Prior to entering the insurance industry, Ebony spent two years as a Mortgage Loan Processor, developing strong skills in client service, document review, and attention to detail. Ebony holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Los Angeles Pacific University and an MBA. At HCDT, Ebony assists with renewal business, policy endorsements, and claims assistance, helping clients navigate their insurance needs while providing exceptional customer service and support.
