Rachel joined HCDT in 2026 and assists with all aspects of the Property & Casualty Department. With 42 years of experience in both Commercial and Personal Lines insurance, she brings considerable knowledge and experience to the agency and is passionate about helping clients protect what matters most. Rachel is licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance and is known for her friendly approach, attention to detail, and dedication to serving clients’ needs. She values the relationships she builds with clients and strives to provide the personalized service and support they deserve. A resident of Floresville, Texas, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and being involved in her community.
